Magnesium Butter

Why magnesium? Magnesium is an important mineral that is found in every cell in our bodies and helps to keep us functioning.  The mineral is responsible for 300 different body processes.  One of them is to help quiet and calm your nervous system.

We packed in the highest amount of magnesium that this butter could hold and then added lavender essential oil for extra sleepiness!

ingredients: 

shea butter,  cocoa butter,  glycerin, water, sweet almond oil, stearic acid, honey extract, chamomile extract, glyceryl stearate, vitamin e acetate, aloe vera extract, caprylyl glycol, hexylene glycol, magnesium stearate, lavender essential oil

ritual: gently rub a small amount into feet or on belly before bed.
